View Full Version : Cheap Cordless Digital Phone at Tescos
Wife and I popped into the Camberley branch of Tesco Extra and picked up an Onetel 2500 digital cordless rphone pack. Three handsets, GAP compatiable and with an answerphone all for £29.99! I am not sure of the offer is branchwide.

Are these any good ?
It's gone from the website now, and the 3-pack is £69.95 - a misprice perhaps? I'm wishing I'd just gone for it now...funny that :(

unlikely that they will honour a misprice if thats the case. They never have done before in my experience with them :(
They had a bundle of the triple packs in Tesco Cliftom Moor this lunchtime priced up at £29.99 if you are in or near York.

They phoned me (and others) and said it was a pricing error.
The choice was - cancel order or receive single handset.
Nice.

I just set ours up today and for £30 they seem OK.
Better than the NTL set up they are replacing anyway which are well dodgy!
I was going to go for the Panasonic set for £80 but thought I would try these as they could always go back to Tesco and the Panny ones felt really plasticky.

They had a massive outer of these in the Redditch store this morning (Weds).
Had to be at least 50 sets.... They're in the posh tent that currently houses the electrical bits, CD's DVD's etc.

What's GAP?
Is there a pack of 1 or 2?
