Sony TV Auto Selecter

Anyone know how to make a Sony set go to RGB first when a Scart connected item is turned on, or even how to swtich auto select off all together

You can snip off one of the sacrt connections to stop the auto channel changing (i think it might be pin 8). Is this for a console? I had a problem with my DC where it select AV1 but to composite rather than RGB. This shouldn't be a prob with STB's and DVD players.

Yeah same aituation but it does it for all my stuff which goes through a splitter box to the rgb socket
