Bad Taste Movie Connections.

I've just been reading all of the IMDB content on Peter Jackson and his films. When looking at Bad Taste I clicked the movie connections link and it stated that Bad Taste is referenced in Lord of the Rings and Batman Returns. Now I have seen BT and BR many times and LOTR just the once (so far) but I can't think of how and when these references occur. Can anyone please enlighten me?

Well, in Lord of the Rings Peter Jackson does a cameo as a man being sick and in Bad Taste he play's a man being sick!

( you seem him for a second just before the Hobbits going into the pub, he does the same cameo in Heavenly Creatures. )
So that's One down.

No idea about Batman.

Well I did notice Peter Jackson but I didn't assume that was the connection. Do you think that Mr Jackson is going to be the new Hitchcock i.e. cameos in every film he directs?
