To keep it as simple as possible...

Last month I received my bill from 3 (who I am on a monthly contract with) and it was £187 instead of the expected £30. The bill states my monthly tarif charge as £150 instead of £30.

Clearly an error... On their instruction I cancelled my DD until it was sorted.
Over the last month i have spent around three hours on the phone to 3 Customer Services (in india) who have admitted an error and yet NOTHING has been done about it despite my constant calling and their promises of recalculation.

I was told it would all be sorted for my next bill which arrived this morning - £244 - and I am also being charged for late payments.

If I could speak to someone in the UK who I could better understand and who could better understand me, I may be able to sort this issue out.

India wont put me through to the UK claiming there is no one in the UK to talk to so I am lost...

I hope someone can advise with this little info, I don't want to bore people with details!

Have you tried calling the Three Shop on 0870 333 1829 ? UK based! :D
