X Files S3 R2 Problem

Sorry of this has been discussed, but I finally got around to trying to watch the X Files S3 on my Eclipse DVD595 and they don't work.

They run the 20th Century Fox trailer and then the X Files trailer bit, but then get to the page with the four episodes listed and do nothing. There is no selection to move around and select with and pressing Select or Play on my DVD does nothing. It looks like the DVD is still spinning but has hung.

It does this on the first three discs so I don't think its a faulty disc, rather a compatibility problem or a problrm with my player.

Has anyone else seen this or have any ideas what is going on?

Only watched The Blessing Way and Paper Clip so far, but no problems for me. Watching on a Pioneer 737 if this helps.

Got it sussed late last night. I'd been having problems with the Infinifilm features on Moulen Rouge causing the screen ratio to change so I'd switched my player to NTSC output.

For some reason, this had stopped the X Files disks working - switched it back to PAL and they work fine.
