Toshiba SD210 - no hack? How much does chipping cost?

I'm sure I'm not the only person who got a Toshiba SD210e for xmas and I'm sure I'm also not the only one who has just found out that it cannot be multi-regionally hacked. Is this true?!? If not, can somebody supply me with the hack - many thanks. If, as I suspect, there is no hack, can somebody tell me how much 'chipping' my player should cost. Obviously, I don't want to get ripped off and I don't know too much about DVD hardware/software.
