Is there any mobile contract that offers cheaper premium rate calls, i.e. they could match the price I would pay if I rang them using a BT Landline?

Yup, 08 isn't premium but freephone/nationalrate/local rate etc etc. Premium = 09, hence my confusion at tahir's rather bold statement.
