DVD film, doesn't play through HI-FI???

I CAN GET ALL THE TERRETRIAL CHANNELS SOUND THROUGH THE HI FI, BUT WHEN I PLAY A DVD FILM, I GET BBC COMING THRIUGH AND NOT THE FILM.

DO YOU HAVE TO SHOUT ABOUT IT THOUGH!

How about connecting your DVD players audio outputs to the Hi-fi rather than the TV.......

so what you aresaying is buy new leads to go from the dvd player to the hi fi.

what are the leads called (audio out)????
