If I like Akira, what should I get next?

I've just finished watching the R1 Tin version of Akira, and it blew me away!! Can anyone recommend some other Anime movies for me to buy (and perhaps which regions to buy from...).

Blood: The Last Vampire (Although it's way too short!) & Ninja Scroll (go for R1 if you want to see it uncut)

Ghost In the Shell is probably the next most well known anime, I like Akira but GITS is much lower down on my list of fav animes though, but thats just me
