As far as I can tell they are another Worldpay type company, provide payment services for online retailers.
Just noticed a random debit on my bank account from them, $110 exchanged to £59.05 on the 29th of July.
Fairly positive (and I keep all transaction emails in a folder in Outlook) that I didn't buy anything from the US in the past few months, nevermind on that specific date for that amount.
Their order query tool on their website doesn't recognise the order number on my statement in any form I've tried nor does it accept the start/last digits of the card used for looking it up.
Their contact details say available 24/7 but I get cut off after about 60 seconds of their automated answering system.
Will be trying again first thing in the morning, but just wondering if anyone has dealt with them before? So far first impressions are that this will end up down to the bank to issue a chargeback as the whole setup seems a little flaky at best :suspect:

Managed to speak to someone at 2checkout.com. It was a dodgy transaction and they delt with it there and then, said they would have a refund back in my account within a few days  Left me impressed by their customer service as I dealt with the same issue and Easyjet a few years back. They basically told me tough and they wouldn't refund me as they had no reason to doubt the validity of the transaction apart from my word. Had to get it sorted via chargeback.
At least this bloke asked alot of questions and once he was convinced said he'd get the refund sorted straight away.
Just for info it appeared to be some sort of domain renewal (domain .mn he said), started by a worldcup@safe-mail.net and with a phone number that was very similar to mine bar the last 2 digits.
Just so happen to have a couple of domains due to expire as well, conicidence? :suspect:

edit - Was starting to think it was somewhere local I'd used my card, but just remember he asked me if I knew anyone in, I think, Carolina.
