Law and Order – How did this episode end?

I’ve been watching a load of Law & Order on Hallmark but I lost the last few minutes of one episode because of a signal problem and I just can’t find out what the outcome was.

none of the online episode guides tell you what happens unfortunately.

its repeated on hallmark on approx 3rd of October if its any help though... (series 12 is repeated from about 20th September).
