Hey y'all.

Im pretty good with all things HT most of the time but this problem has been persistent in each of the 3(really!) replacement sets i've had. I have a Toshiba 32zo9b Widescreen tv, the first i bought suffered from appaling geometry, so i got a new one. After a few weeks that one started to make a buzzing sound when a bright image appeared, so i got this, the third and so far best set. However, 7 months in and now it is doing my head in! About 25% of the left and right portions of the screen(imagine the set in 4;3 mode, the black vertical bar areas are the sort of screen area i'm referring to), have now strated to display a worrying blurriness with all hardware connected. Its as if everything is severely out of focus.; The Mummy Returns opening scene where the soldiers are lined up across the screen for example. The centre portion is great, whereas the left and right portions are virtually just a blurred mess, with the many weapons of the warriors looking indistinct and out of focus. Also the tv has now started bowing on the left side of the picture, so doorways or straight lines at the top left of the picture now have lovely abstract patterns as they curve away! Also the bottom right of the image has a small 'kink' which means the it is bending inwards at the corner.
So, what was essentially a great tv has now made me one very ****** off customer. I bought it cause it had everything i needed, and one selling factor for me was the component video input. I really don't want to change brands as this is one of the best pictures i've ever clapped my eyes on, what the hell is causing all this picture trouble? Its not magnetic interference for sure, could it be a faulty set from a dodgy production batch. I'll call the Comet engineer anyway, but i'd like some views from anyone who's experienced this sort of thing before(i can't be the only one!)
And yes, i've tried the service menu-no good either!

Thanks in advance peeps, i'm now at the end of my tether!
