View Full Version : Pharos question
I've just booked a collection for tomorrow - 2 items going to 2 different addresses - was it okay to book them as a single collection/order? Will I get two different AWBs?
Any idea if their CS is open Sundays? (I tried calling but nothing)
Thanks.

I'm afraid not - UPS will expect the goods to go to the same address - dunno what would happen if you completed different addresses though as each parcel does have a different tracking no, although the second "W" reference package is tied to the first one!
Thanks roger. No telephone CS on Sundays it seems, let's hope they respond to e-mail!!

Different questions - is it possible to book a collection for later the the same day? If so, up to what's the latest time you can book it?

You can't book a specific time you can onl specify the earliest a package will be ready. Can't remember the latest time though. Just go through with the order before payment and it'll tell you.

The latest parcel ready time varies depending on where you are as it differs for home and work for me - just put in 4 pm and work back
