Well I've got the amp, does dolby 5.1 and DTS, anyone know of any decent speaker kits inc sub that I could have a look at? Links to web sites etc would be cool too! Price not an issue at the mo, tho it will be when i buy em!

No offence, but with that amount of information, just about every 5.1 speaker set on the market might fit the bill, plus all the mix'n'match systems you can make up yourself.
You must have some idea of a budget, and also what type of speakers you are considering (floorstanders, bookshelf, micros etc). What amp did you get BTW.
Packaged sets run anything from £100 or so (have a look at the Teac LS5.1u at Richers for £120 with a copy of Jan's What Hifi), up to thousands of pounds, and can come in every size shape and colour you can think of, and can vary from pretty poor to excellent soundwise.
