dont know if anyone listened to the major nelsons podcast about hd-dvd their was alot of interesting points made. They seem to think hd-dvd is the much better format. As it stands hd-dvd is better, right now, today.

The players are half the price, the disks hold more data, cheaper, they have better codec implimented, and ultimatly for now seem to have better image quality.

that can change though as bluray develops, but for now there commiting several market place sins, second to market with a poorer product for more money.

It was a good interview. I think you have to accept that there is some level of bias in it, but they made their points well and didn't tell any complete whoppers.
