I've been ripped off by an ebayer. Since I bought off him, he's "no longer a registered user". I fully intend to leave him negative feedback but as ever I'm converned he'll reciprocate. However, since he's no longer registered, does that mean he can't leave me feedback?

I don't think so...although I am not sure you can leave him feedback either!

No and the fact that he's no longer registered means you can't leave feedback for him either...

Actually it does appear that I can leave him feedback. All the links and boxes are there though I haven't clicked the submit key yet!

It's pointless leaving it as they can't sell anything using the account anyway.

Chances are a few people have reported him and eBay have terminated his account.

I've tried the submit key on mine and it didn't work.

Think you should still be able to leave feedback because if the account becomes active again, the negative feedback will not be on the account
