View Full Version : Can Grudig 620-HT handle RCE?

I picked up one in the Currys sale, and i've set it to multiregion and it handled normal R1 fine (French Connection boxset.) however i dunno if it would play a RCE disc, does anyone know? cheers

yes it does - tested Charlie's Angels R1 on it

excellent cheers. Do you have to do anything extra? Does a screen come up you have to force your way past?

no nothing at at all, just select the correct region and u r away :)

bargain units weren't they? mine sits proudly in the bedroom, g/f is well pleased!

Are you changing regions depending on the title? I stuck mine on multi (9) and left it on that. Is there an advantage to changing each time to the exact region?

Yeah i'm well chuffed with mine, it's my first standalone (previously used PC, which was pretty good though.) first dolby digital set and first multi region!

hadn't noticed the 9 (multi), will try that and see if it works also with RCE
