For those of you who are interested in this classic piece of TV documentary programming, it's due for release in Australia next February. DeVoteD have had it listed for a few weeks, but there's no information. Checked at the Michael DVD site, and again no info but clicking the IMDB link takes you to the listing for the series.
Ordered all three volumes from DeVoted for $109.17 AUD, which is about £39 delivered. Not bad considering the equivalent VHS release from Amazon.com would cost around £70 if customs didn't charge extra.
As I said, can't find any further info on this DVD release at present, but for that price, just getting the series on disc is a major plus point. :D
