(No neither did I, and after reading it I'm still not 100% sure)

Fortunately yes! Brilliant for cooking these Le Creuset pans / coccotte's. Thanks to the poster - I picked up the bargain Le Creuset Stoneware Deep Rectangular Dish 31Cm Granite for £16.97 inc delivery. Now that is a bargain, these retail at £40+ & go for @ £20 + £6 or £7 delivery on ebay for smaller sizes....

Go with my Le Creuset pots and pans ........... which are blue.
But's it's a bargin !! And I'm curious to try some North African cooking.
