How did they get a game against Holland? Further more, can England schedule a few one day games with them? We might actually win a game! :clap:

Don't bet on it ;) The rate SL were going against us in the last ODI, they might've had a shot at the record then if they'd batted first :eek:
Also, without detracting from the achievement, I think it should be noted that SA got the previous record against Australia :notworthy

Do Holland have full International status as Ireland do now as it would be a shame for the record not to count. I see Jayasuriya was a few balls slower than what he did against England last week. If they had have been batting first against us I could see them getting close to 400 the way our attack went all over the park.

They made 324-2 off 37.3 overs against us, pro rata, that would be 432 off 50 overs, but with 8 wickets in hand and the state of our attack it could've been a lot more :eek:

I was at the amstelveen stadium (if thats what you can call it) a few years back watching Pakistan vs India in a tri nation tournament including the Aussies.. have to say its one hell of a dead pitch and Shahid Afridi had a laugh smashing the ball all over the place..
