When I play a DVD I can sometimes see a flickering on the picture.I have turned off the Picture enhancements on the TV but to no avail.My scart cost £30 so I dont think that it's the problem.
My TV is a Panasonic Tau 32 in. & my DVD player is a Pioneer 636.
Has anyone experienced similar problems?
