Matrix Revisited R2 only DD 2.0?

Can anyone confirm that the R2 version of The Matrix Revisited is only DD 2.0 (as listed on Play) and not 5.1 like the R1?

Jodrell- I have the 2 disc set and according to the packaging it is DD 5.1 :)

Got the 2 disc set on Xmas Eve - I am gobsmacked by it. It is a stunning set.

I was a little bit worried that it might just be promotional fluff to keep us happy till 2 & 3 come out, but these worries were laid to rest after exploring the set fully. Totally in depth stuff with a stack of extras ontop of the 125 min Doco - the best of which is a Jukebox section featuring all 41 music tracks used throughout the rest of the disc in full!!

Don't get too excited thinking that it will feature a lot of info on the sequels though. Only the smallest hints are given - largely that they will involve 'car chases'!?

The only puzzling/negative side to the package is why wasn't the 2nd disc included in the original release.

The first Matrix release was raved about as being the best disc ever when it first came out. 2 years later many discs have since claimed that title, with many more features and technical inovations. This new release however, claims the title back.

Does the disc with the movie on it in the new double pack have any additional extras compared to the original R2 release? I've already got the original version, just wondering if the 2 disc version contains anything I won't get from the single disc and the original film.

If you already own the movie on DVD just get the one disc Doco - £9.99 at Play247.

Almost certainly as I don't believe the original disc was altered in any way. All they've done is add a new disc of extras and repackaged.

I've got the R4 version so I think I'll just pick up the extras disc,
