no, its not a joke.

how wide is the visible screen along the horizontal line of a 28"/32" w/s TV? and how tall is the vertical visible line on a 28"/32" w/s TV? if you see what i mean?!?!?!

and is that Mr Hankey, behind the christmas tree, at the top of the page?

Off the top of my head I think a 32" widescreen would be around 28x15.5 inches and a 28" around 24x13.5".

Thats based on the full and not the visible screen size which will be a little smaller.
