I am about to go out looking for a new Widescreen TV this morning and wondered if all modern widescreen TV's support NTSC. I am hopefully looking at either a philips, sony or jvc.

It's not easy to say 'Yes', nearly all modern TV's will support NTSC (it's just one of those standard features they all seem to have nowadays) but unfortunately there are a few models which don't.... the only way to be 100% certain is check the full spec for the models you're interested in.

Mine doesn't
It's a Philips 32" Blackline S from a year or so ago. Lovely picture, but a big panic when I plugged it in and only got mono. In the end I found that it works fine with RGB input as this is not affected by NTSC/PAL palava.
