Hi I bought a 3 network phone of coolnewmobile a few months back.

Now they are refusing to send me my claim form, has anyone claimed cashback from them before? If so I would appreciate a copy of their claim form if possible.

Investigate the terms and conditions of your contract in the first instance then contact trading standards if you smell a rat.

JUST 3G tried a trick of withholding cashback, one CCJ later they paid back my cashback plus £30 in court costs!
