Cord - Winter (Keane,Coldplay and Snow Patrol fans look in)

Anyone heard Cord's single "Winter"?
It's been picking up a bit of airplay recently.
It's stadium rock of the Keane,Coldplay and Snow Patrol variety so may not be everyones cup of tea!
I watched the band last year play bottom of the bill at The Barfly in Camden and when they played this I got goosebumps as it was such a perfect song of that type and it was so instant to me.
I watched them again this year supporting The Automatic and they put on a fairly lively show.

Also for Snow Patrol fans - check out the Freelance Hellraiser's album, coz that bloke out of Snow Patrol's vocals are all over it.

Fans of decent electronic / dance music may want to avoid, though. ;)

Saw them at Norwich Arts Centre a couple of months ago (supporting The Crimea iirc). They've been doing the rounds in Norwich for a while ago now (there's not too many bands from "around these parts" :) ) and they all jacked in their day jobs a couple of years ago to see if they could get anywhere.
Havent heard the single yet but good luck to them I say :thumbs:

I used to work with the drummer! Not seen them in the last year or so but will probably pop along to their Norwich gig at the end of the month. The songs on myspae are all sounding good. Good luck to them, first Cathy Dennis now Cord. Norwich Rocks!
