I've cracked the tinted front part of my Motorola RAZr V3i.
It is a contract phone, brought via their website, as reconditioned.
I did not take out any insurance on it.
Will they replace or repair it, does it come under a warranty?
Advice greatly appreciated.
Many thanks.

I doubt if they will do anything if it isn't a manufacturing fault and you have cracked it yourself.

My local car dealership doesn't give out new cars when they are driven into brick walls anyway.

This is why you have insurance, if you don't then you take the risk. Time to get it repaired yourself or just replace it with a new one.

Do you mean the glass lcd bit? if so, ebay is your friend. Furthermore, you can buy complete replacement bodies for the entire fone so you may want to purchase one of those kits and keep it all original bar the bust bit

Yep, the glas lcd bit mate, i'll have a look on E-bay. Would it be easy to replace myself?
