Half-Life 2 (PC) Save game/info needed

I accidently deleted my HL2 install the other day (changed to an alternative "offline" steam client and when I uninstalled the original steam it took everything with it... which was nice).

Anyways I've reinstalled the game from my DVD but obviously I don't have my save game so was wondering if anyone had a save close to where I was in the game:

In Ravenholm just after you have the first encounter with the black head crabs and then kill the one coming up the stairs in the generator (?) building was where I was at in the game

If not can anyone remind me what guns/weapons you have at that point in the game as I'll use the console to jump to the level and give myself the weapons.

I recently started again in the hope of finishing it before episode 1, but i havn't gotten very far :p I'm just finishing off the flying buzz cutter things, i forget the name, Route Canal is the name of the map. I think i've just got the boat to do then i'm at ravenholm, if you'd like me to post back again when i'm a bit further let me know, i'm not much of a fan of some of the pre-ravenholm maps myself.
