Pioneer 340 multiregion problem NEED HELP!

o.k. for xmas i bought my mom a pioneer 340 and asked for the multiregion version

i got it from richer sounds and i need to now how to change the region as no instructions were provided

i downloaded the manual from techtronics and their instructions partly work but fail at the region changing part so i was wondering if the richer sounds mod is different to the techtronics mod or have i been wrongly given a region coded player or if someone could post region changing instructions for the pioneer 340 bought at richer sounds

Two uploads for 340/343 all depends on when the machine was made look on the back if it says July2001 or later then the mod is auto so try a region one it should play it

i got in contact with richer sounds and they gave me the instructions which didn't work which leads me to believe i have been given a region coded player
