I've bought a wireless controller for £21 (He had a BIN price of £17!) but when I try to pay (Paypal being the only option) it tells me the seller cannot receive payment. I email the guy about it and he says he's aware and can I send payment (via paypal) to xxxx@hotmail.com.
Is this kosher?
