Hack didnt work for samsung m105..doh

can any one help? the hack for the samsung m105 i used didnt work... i really want a dvd player that can play region 1. Any comments on a different hack or a different budget dvd player, much appreciated.

which hack did u try?

have u tried this one (http://www.dvd.reviewer.co.uk/info/multiregion/full/thomson3300.asp). Theres a note on the page saying 'Does not work with v5.02E firmware or greater.' so if it is the one you tried, it might explain why it didn't work :)
