Round 1 this year has possibly been one of the best ever! I got up to watch Game 6 of the Lakers-Suns series last night and was not disappointed! It was an amazing game!
Unfortunately tho, Game 7 is on Saturday night so I don't expect it will be shown at all on British TV. I don't hold out much hope for Sky to pull their finger out :brickwall
Who knows if they'll bother to show any conference finals games this year as well seeing as they own the rights :oh-hum:
NASN still seem to be showing playoff games, though there's nothing for this weekend.
The next one they are showing is midnight Monday night, doesn't saw which game. Actually looking at their schedule they have live games on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday night.
Grrr, first game of the mavs/suns series tonight and no ones showing it.
NASN, Five and Sky Sports are all showing playoff basketball and none of them can manage to get game one of this series :(
Im just so glad the Spurs have been knocked out
Would like to see either Phoenix or Miami win it.

I'd rather have seen Dallas get knocked out, something about Dirk I just can't stand. Would love to see Phoenix get past them.
GordonJ, I can tell you the reason why no one showed Game 1. I emailed NASN and they told me. Sky sports own the rights for the playoffs from this point on, with the exception of tuesday nights (still Fives). However until the Finals Sky won't deviate from their normal schedule of a highlights game on sat mornings and a live game on sunday evenings.
So in other words, at the point of the year when the best most important basketball games are being played in the NBA with the most frequency (its every other night throughout the conference finals.) all we get are live games on sunday and tuesday nights. I understand why people hate Rupert Mudoch so much now...
