This is the question that I posed to Philips and I have recieved the following reply:
With regards to your query we can advise that the following recorders support these formats: DVDR3320V, DVDR3300H, DVDR3305, DVDR7300H.
Now, I've been through the online specifications, and downloaded the manuals for all of these and can find no mention anywhere that DivX or any flavour of MPEG4 playback is supported on any of them. So I'm perplexed. Anyone got any actual experience or knowledge about DivX support on these recorders please before I write back and suggest that they might be fibbing?
