Hi just bought a surround sound 5.1 system thingy for my tv and i was going to plug it in so that i could play the tv and and have it coming through my surround sound.

so i go to plug it in and the only plug bit is for the scart lead, the power suply and then the tv areail male and female connection

how can i plug it in for this to work please help me

Has the TV got the freeview tuner or separate freeview box?
What is model of the surround system/tv?
