Once you have watched it could you let me know what the sound quality of the original Australian language track is like.

Got mine too (only just got back from being away and quite surprised to find it lying on the mat when I returned).

Watched the first 15 minutes of the 16:9 transfer and boy is it good, ever other version I've seen is really grainy (which does add some character to the film) but this transfer is great really full colours and a very sharp image (I have only watched the first 15 mins though).

The sound is great, there is a 5.1 Australian Language Track, A stereo Australian Language Track (I think) and a mono English Dub. THe engines roar and the sirens wail like I've never heard them before on the 5.1 score.

Great film and a great disc, not had a chance to view the extras as yet.
