What a shabby show.
Lots of ironic mocking of other shows ideas/formats and thieving other shows ideas.
Lets get the public to call in with stuff and read it out. Groundbreaking.
Oh god they've employed this moron now have they :nono: :oh-hum:

I still can't believe anyone would employ someone that bragged about stealing mail when working as a temporary postie - or that C4 were stupid enough to publish it in their Christmas magazine.

I called the decline of the station ages ago.

He's not on during the day during the week is he? That would make my work day a whole lot slower. :|

No, thank goodness! Otherwise I'd have to listen to a different station at work!! Only Sundays.... for now anyway :help:
He seems to be the personification of a cockgoblin. Can't stand him.

Well this post won't be popular then.
Saw him doing his stand-up at the Edinburgh Fringe last year and he was hilarious. Definitley one of the best of the weekend along with Daniel Kitson.
Not that aware of his TV/radio stuff though (don't watch Big Brother or MTV much really).

The only time I'd put him and hilarious in the same sentence was when Sir Bob called him a ****, now that was hilarious :D

Each to there own i guess but as a stand up show it pretty much brought the house down and at the time i was recommending it to everyone. He must be a different person on TV/radio!

I'd never heard of him before the trailers on 6music for his show a while back. He sounded like an out idiot then, barely able to read the trailer script.

Some audience reviews here. Interesting opinions, some of which feel he's lost it since going to TV (maybe that's what i'm not getting). The reviews of his actual stand-up shows are as i said, universally liked:

Russell Brand is a genius.
Russell Brand is a genius.
This sentence includes probably the worst spelling mistake i have ever seen.
he's pretty funny on his Big Brother show (but looks a complete gimp)
