It's always good to see a constructive comment in a first post.

In the same vein why don't you post some links to online retailers offering model you mentioned? Someone here might be interested.

Welcome to the forums.

I have this TV, and i'm really liking it - couldn't afford a more expensive model, and for the price the picture is good - speakers aren't up to much, but then again, I usually route it through the amp so no worries :)

I bought this TV from Currys (http://www.thedvdforums.com/jump2.php?url=http://tracker.tradedoubler.com/pan/TrackerServlet?p=1469&a=60823&g=13819&url=http://www.currys.co.uk/product.php?sku=673204) when it was on offer at xmas. I think it was on for £830 or thereabouts with the stand. Worked out at around £640 for me, (without stand) when I added various discounts etc. Great TV and not had any problems with it.

I always forget about those discount vouchers

Anyway here they are, you will have to scroll down a bit for the Currys (http://www.thedvdforums.com/jump2.php?url=http://tracker.tradedoubler.com/pan/TrackerServlet?p=1469&a=60823&g=13819) one:
