How to save this flash movie to my hard drive?

I wonder if someone could help me here I am trying to save the flash movie in the link below @the way of the cross' , I use Firefox and just can't do it!

Also how do I make it fill the screen? I can only get it to play in a small box?

'Tools' --> 'Page Info' --> 'Media'

Then select the item (normally embed) and 'save as' (it will then tell you that the item is a flash object in the dialog box).

Hmmm - thanks for the advice, i must be doing something wrong as I tried this and the only embedded object is a .swf that my PC then refuses to open?

it needs a display program to run it, right click and open in IE or firefox
