Msn Trouble

Didnt Know where to post this.
Running On win xp pro sp1

I tried Signing into msn but it wont let me sign in, it comes up with an error message, When clicking troubleshoot it comes up with this

do you have a router or a firewall? you may need to open up ports for MSN or on the router set UPnP to on
