The Goonies

just watched the goonies, brilliant film especially in digital.
trouble is my tv is not ntsc compatable so I get red and green lines, this is not too annoying. but on the goonies there was a little black mark about 1" long at the top left hand side of the screen, does anyone knowwhat this mark is, could it be the disc?

I've had this on DVD a while now but I haven't sat down and watched it as yet, I've heard great things about the disc though :D
