Firefox - how do I enable installations?

I'm trying to install DownThemAll but Firefox says I have "Software Installation" disabled and should click Edit Menu to to enable.

Thing is, I can't see that option??


Anyone know where it is?

It sounds as though that setting got messed up somehow.
