Into episode three of this impressive new series and we have the best episode yet.

Finally had some Mac screentime and he seems kinda cool, what with his rough edges and new team.

The women seems to have the meat of this week's story and a lot of stuff came up. Nothing majorly exciting yet but stuff that seeds further future stories.

Bright future this series if its picked up for next season.

Just watched this - oh the joys of being housebound off work for 6 weeks... Thought it was OK, but nothing spectaculary - I enjoyed the first one, with the plane. The wives part I think is growing on me - I wasnt thinking "shut up and get back to the action". But then maybe thats because there wasnt much going on elsewhere. I hope thay expand the format to include some multi episode missions, which might help develop the missing tension in the show.

I still can't find Palmer that believable as some elite special forces soldier, he just doesn't seem very natural in the role. I really can't stand the wives either but somehow I still watch it :)

Definite improvement over ep2 but the first episode is still my favourite. Was worried that without Mamet's writing this wouldn't be as good, but the female co-writers for this week's episode did a fine job. The accidental shooting storyline was my favourite part.

Had to chuckle at their live fire house - Hereford's Killing House if ever I saw it. And the novelty value to the senator - "you use live ammunition?" The SAS have been doing that for years!

Still, interesting enough show. Looks like David Palmer is becoming more and more like Jack Bauer, but I am sure he was going to kill his contact when he said he was going for the spark plug.
