Can't tell - it's just got voice over man talking it up, you never know it might be subtitled - Is there a release date for an English subbed version yet ?

Its difficult to tell wether its dubbed or subtitled as there isnt any speaking in the trailer at all, just "deep voice-over man". Lets hope its subbed and not dubbed, as I really detest dubbed films, dont you?

eerr...we know that ;)
Just intrigued as there have been many rumours with regards to an English Dub track for this film and as its being handled by Universal in America i'd say it stands a very good chance of a decent DVD release over there.
the fact that both the US trailers have had a voice-over type guy suggests to me its subtitled - as thats much like how they presented the TVSpots over here. I know several people who mentioned this 'new film' they'd seen advertised - I told them it was a French film and they swore blind it was not!
The trailer is done quite well IMO in that it would draw you in but I really don't like how they've been advertising both here and in the US in terms of trailer content (shows too much).

i was lucky to grab the 3 disc french set and the packaging and extras are superb but there is a draw back and its a big one i don't speak french! Like a fool i ordered without reading the details.
But im waitin on the subbed version to stuff in the package as its really stunning and ive had a look through the movie and its a cracker stunning pic and audio.
Lets hope the subbed version is this directors cut.

Damn, another one missed.
New Year's resolution. Don not miss any films you want to see.
Boink!
amazingly this made it to Worcester a couple of months back... I rushed to watch it on the opening day and found myself all alone with an usher ( and even he didn't watch it all the way through ) :D Rough start... I was trying to eat my lunch;)
They showed the full uncut 2 hour and 20 minute version at Fright Fest earlier this year - it was superb IMHO, and exactly what I would look for in a popcorn movie. It still remains good even after they reveal what the beast is, and I love that sword near the end.....
