auto sharpening software?

Someone had told me that they had some free adobe software or something like that where they right clicked a picture and had it sharpened.

Does anyone know of any such software? I'm trying to do some panoramic photography with a 1-shot lens, but the edges can be blurry sometimes.

You can sharpen in virtually any photo package. The problem is if you sharpen you also end up introducing noise.
