I just bought and installed a new audigy card, and everything seems to be installed correctly and running properly.
However when I play mp3's in Winamp I can now hear a noticeable (at quiet points) hiss behind the music. Now I know its not my speakers as they were fine with my old Live! card. Whats more the hiss doesn't appear in Creatives mp3 app, but i'm happy with winamp and see no reason for the problem to appear.
Can anyone suggest anything cheers?
