Sopranos - More4 - 4:3???

Anyone else noticed that this is being shown 4:3 - or is it 16:9?

My Tv keeps flicking to 4:3 and my recordings when viewed on my computer come up as 4:3

I thought this was filmed in widescreen - seems crazy to show it 4:3....

I noticed it was 4:3 when they were showing it a few months ago - looked terrible. :gag:

Sopranos has always been shot with the 16:9 frame in mind.

Sorry to hijack this thread, but I noticed from the HBO website that season 6 of The Sopranos starts tonight in the US.

Anyone got any idea when/if More4 might start showing this? :shrug:

They start series 2 in a week or so - maybe they will show them all??

C4/More4 don't have the rights to repeat Seasons 4 and 5 until 2007 (which is why they've now gone back to the start again) so it may be that they delay S6 until after that.

Surely that's a worse case scenario though?
