I have a Sony 36FS70 and yes the picture bends slightly in the top left and bottom right, but you can only see that when there is text scrolling across the screen which isn't that often. I've heard that all CRT screens will have a little bend to the picture: it's just how they're made.

As for size I prefer the size I've got and would not want to go any smaller. I'm even finding 36 inches too small now. I want to get that proper cinema feel and 36 inches is not big enough. It will have to be a 61 inch plasma next time I think.

The Sony is the best tv I've had in a while anyway. Brilliant colour and picture.

When you look at a 36" on it's own it doesn't look much bigger than a 32",put them side by side and it's a lot bigger.
My Toshiba 36ZP18P has the usual faults and is awaiting replacement but there is no way i'm going back to a 32".
try www.electrocentre.com for prices,as they are a retailer with shop premises john lewis will price match them if they have it in stock.:)

I found a good price for it at the back of Home cinema choice magazine for £1899.00 a few months back (it's come down in price since) but that was without the stand.

I bought it from Debenhams for that price (they match internet prices) and that included the stand:) , free delivery and a free 5 year guarantee. I was extremely happy:D
