Looking to get a replacement plate for my PC case. The only that goes around the sockets on the motherboard and you punch out the holes you need. Any idea on where to get these from ?

your local computer fair might be a good start, but i've got a few spare so if you post a photo of the back of your case i might be able to help out (depending on the positioning of the sockets)

If you know the model you can email the manufacturers, some will be happy to send you a new one while others will want a few bucks. Abit wanted £8 for a recent one of mine
