Samsung 511... CDRs a problem?

Can this player handle them OK? How about MP3?

certain types of CDrs only (cirrus) and it will not play mp3s.

Vivastar 80s from Argos (20 quid for a spindle of 50) will work. MP3 is a no go though.

My brother (Fazley on the forums) has a 511 and can't get any CDR's to work on it - Even ones which do work on my 709 (like the vivastars burned with Nero)
