Help i'm a technical luddite!!

I've got a wharfdale m5 and since i've had a few things have cropped up. the main ones being a blue line around the people in films and lots of pauses and a not so clear pic. i previously had a 750 and never had these kind of probs.

Is there anyone that can advise what i should do??

I'm no technical expert myself - but it sounds like your player is up the spout :(

Could you take it back for a replacement?

i guess so i got it from tesco and one for my b/f as a pressie darn wish i'd kept my 750 now.
